Refunds
14-day refund for unused digital purchases or broken delivery.
Passing Notes sells digital games and printables. There is no physical shipment.
You qualify if both are true
- You ask within 14 days of the charge (the Stripe receipt date).
- Either broken delivery (you paid and did not get working access — paid game would not load, or the entitled printable would not download) or unused (you have not finished the paid game and have not downloaded its printable).
Playing the free game does not use a paid purchase.
You do not qualify if
- More than 14 days have passed
- You already used the purchase (finished the paid game, or downloaded the printable)
- You want a feature we do not offer
- You are unhappy with a result the game produced after a complete play (the point is to decide, not to guarantee you like the plan)
- The item was free
How to ask
Email hello@playpassingnotes.com from the address on the receipt. Include the receipt email and, if you have it, the last four of the card or the Stripe receipt number. We refund to the original payment method through Stripe.
