How to play Date Bingo
Daub the card. The first line is tonight. Shared option bank. Categories this game uses: food, activity, game, entertainment. Do not fork a list.
Don't plan the date. Play for it. You don't have to agree on a plan. Just agree to play.
Start
- Pick a mode: Zero Thought (schema defaults, skip edit), Make It Ours (defaults loaded, replace any slot), or Blank Slate (empty lists — does not silently refill defaults).
- Each category is authored with five options: food, activity, game, entertainment. You need exactly five live options in every category this game uses or you do not start.
The ritual
- The card is four rows (categories) by five columns (options).
- Partner calls 1 to 5. You daub that column.
- First full column is tonight. Column n is option n in every category this game uses.
Digital is daub-the-column. Print is a card. Same column, same winners. Say 1–5 if you skip the call. That is the real a11y path. Deterministic. No random.
